Annual Packages 

Each package includes -

• Guided videos - these will include; starters, reference to previous learning, lesson objectives, clear explanation of information helping students gain the appropriate language to speak about their mental health, explanation of any activities to be carried out and prompts for guided class discussions around the subject of mental health and wellbeing. Teachers will simply need to pause the video to facilitate activities/discussions.  

• Little to no prep for lessons- 5 fully planned lessons about mental health and wellbeing for each year group, with teacher guidance containing simple step by step directions for each lesson.

• Schemes of work - that meet the Government statutory guidelines and PSHE association guidance on mental health and emotional wellbeing.

• Activity booklets/Activity sheets - comprising challenging and imaginative tasks to engage students and support the learning process.

• 1 hour online CPD - for teachers prior to undertaking the course (live or recorded whichever fits your individual requirements).

• Practical coping strategies and sources of help and mental health support - available online for students to access and use both in lessons and in their own time.

What happens after you purchase an annual package for your school:

Once the budget holder makes a purchase, teachers sign up and we will approve access to our resources. It can take up to 48hrs to authorise teacher accounts so please ensure the teaching team 'Create an account' in advance of teaching their first lesson.
